Dear Mr. Sullivan,
This letter is to acknowledge the professional and friendly service I received from your employees, Brad and Mark in my home the morning of June 5th. They arrived within two hours of my call on a clogged kitchen sink drain. They worked quickly and yet not hurriedly. I explained that I had a competitor in two months earlier for the same problem and that I called them this time but they could not do the work until the next day. So I saw your ad in the Yellow Pages and decided to give you a try. John Sullivan was very helpful on the phone and scheduled the visit. The boys came in and completed the work and left my kitchen the same way they found it, clean. Which is more than I can say for the competitor from the earlier visit.

They took the time to explain my options. They did a good job explaining the benefits of using the enzyme product to open old iron pipe and I purchased that product on top of the service call.
I think these mean are an asset to your company and should be acknowledged for doing what is seldom found, providing knowledgeable and friendly service.

Dear Mr. Sullivan,
I am writing this letter to let you know how very please I am with the new furnace Bob installed for us. It works wonderfully.

Also, I am not in the habit of letting my mother be at home alone when someone is coming into our home to do any kind of repair but I felt so at ease with Bob that I was very comfortable with her being there by herself. The saved me from taking 2 vacationd days off. Again, the work was excellent, Bob was wonderful and the price was right.
